McKinley PTA Needs Volunteers!!
In order for the PTA to continue at McKinley, we must have volunteers for the mandatory office positions of
President and Treasurer
This task may sound daunting, but it's not. The out-going officers will be available to train and assist new officers. You can even join with a friend and work as Co-Presidents!
 
The list of programs and events that the PTA sponsors and supports is long, it would be a true detriment to the school if we were to lose this crucial element of the school community.
PLEASE consider volunteering to support your child's school!
You may contact Mrs. Garvey at the school, or Jean Jarosh at 730-8452 with any questions.

SCRIP ORDER FORMS ARE SENT HOME MONTHLY, BUT KWIK TRIP AND COPPS/PICK N SAVE CARDS ARE IN STOCK FOR IMMEDIATE PURCHASE.  You can buy them at school, at Market Day Pickup, at O’Connor Chiropractic, or by contacting Colleen O’Connor for more pickup options.

PLAYGROUND ENHANCEMENT PROJECTMinimize

Be sure to stop by the playground and check out the new equipment!

Keep in mind that all profits from the sale of KWIK TRIP gift cards through our SCRIP program are earmarked for this project.  Let's work toward being able to purchase even more equipment for the "little" playground next year!! 

Just an idea of what we need...the (2) pieces of equipment that we just purchased cost us $13,000.00 ($5,000 of that was awarded through a Lowe's Toolbox for Education grant that the PTA applied for and received in the Spring, the remainder was raised through our KWIK TRIP Scrip sales.  WAY TO GO MCKINLEY FAMILIES!!  KEEP BUYING THOSE CARDS!!
